Responsible for recruiting youth, member participation, and retention through the development and execution of youth development programs. Assist Executive Director with directing all youth programs. Teach, train youth members and new youth members on all art, theater and leadership programs. Must have youth development experience. Reports to Executive Director. Teacher preferred but not required.
