Executive Assistant, Marketing and Event Coordinator

Job Description

Provide administrative support to CEO/Executive Director and all staff. Administrative and some clerical duties, financial reporting, fund development, marketing, community outreach, program, office, HR and Volunteer management. Responsible for logistics, reservations, decorations, entertainment, art & theater, leadership events, workshops, and innovative programs. Responsible for recruiting cast, staff and volunteers, ordering meals for events, room setup for dinner theater and all events, sales & marketing, social, tv and news media, marketing & sales research, and community outreach. Must have administration experience, marketing, program management, volunteer recruitment, and event planning experience. Efficient in Microsoft. Other duties as assigned. Degree preferred.
